Akhmad Reiza Armando – Software Engineer – Java Developer

Hi, my name is Akhmad Reiza Armando. You can call me Reiza. I am a software engineer with nine years of full-stack experience designing, developing and maintaining web application and back end services.

I am experienced in building microservice-based RESTful API using Java Spring Boot with Docker, Kubernetes and also RabbitMQ message broker.

For database development, I am experienced with Oracle or PostgreSql.

I prefer using TDD approach for testing and implement the Unit Tests using JUnit and Mockito. Besides of the unit tests, I also write Integration Tests using SpringBootTest annotation and H2 embedded database as a mocked database.

My working experience…

I have been in banking and financial industry since the beginning of my career. Currently I work for CIMB Niaga Indonesia as Sr Backend Developer, working with Java and Spring Boot. My job is mostly enhancing and maintaining internet banking named OCTO Clicks.

I am considered myself a T-shaped person and really love learning new things outside of my current tech stack. I am a highly adaptable person and flexible professional who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
